3. Who has paid Subs ?

You may want to track which of your squad members have paid (or started to pay) subs and remind those that haven't before the discount deadlines.

Our system invoicing emails do go to junk/spam for a minority of email users so you may just want to check that too

To do this, login to the membership system (paysubsonline) via the 'Existing Members Login here' link on the left side of the Club website. You will see your own details.

Click 'Switch to Admin View' then click on your squad. Those in the group 'Paid or Paying Up...' have paid or started installments. You can also see if players have not yet been allocated to a subs (invoicing) group.

You can chase those not showing in this group although Direct Debit (GoCardless) payments do take a few days to be paid into the Club account ... which is when the a player joins the 'Paid or Paying Up' group. You may want to say 'ignore this if you have paid or started payment by GoCardless in the last few days'.
